The present invention relates to a digital forensic filming device and a digital forensic filming system for vehicle using the same to prevent abuse of personal image information. More specifically, the present invention saves a first image file, which is continuously filmed, with position information, standard time information, and terminal information of the digital forensic photographing device for read only when a vehicle is in one of the following states: parked, stopped, and driving, and newly generates a second image file, which is filmed from a point where one of impact, crashing, and contacting has occurred to a certain point, by collecting image from the first image file to save the second file for read only. In saving images, the saved images are sealed forcibly not to be separated, and any access by an unauthorized third server is blocked. When a case reporting button is pressed, a third image file, which is taken for a certain period, is collected from the first image file and transmitted to an investigating body server or a relative body server to be used for investigation or as evidence. The present invention is to check the trace of fabricating the evidence or abuse of personal information which are done by trying one of contaminating, altering, and deleting the images when reading the saved first and second image files for investigation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
