The present invention relates to a reinforcement method and structure of an existing concrete footing structure, which securely and rapidly reinforces a concrete footing plate of a civil structure through simple construction. The reinforcement method of the existing concrete footing structure comprises: a boring step; a micropile installation step; a bearing plate unfolding step; a micropile lifting step; a first filler insertion step; and a pile pressing step.
