Disclosed are a network implementing method using a distributed virtual switch, a network apparatus for performing the same and a distributed virtual switch based network system. The network implementing method using a distributed virtual switch comprises the following steps: implementing control functions of a network into a plurality of virtual machines; grouping the virtual machines according to the predetermined procedures; and implementing at least one virtual machine in the group in an identical server in a distributed virtual switch based virtualization structure. Therefore, the present invention is capable of smoothing structuring mobile communications network and improving the operation efficiency.
