The present invention relates to a transaction system of secondhand financial commodity, a method thereof, and a financial commodity transaction server for the same and, more particularly, to a financial commodity transaction system and a method thereof capable of enabling clients to sell his/her financial commodity in a secondhand trade with better conditions than early termination. For this, the transaction system of secondhand financial commodity of the present invention comprises: a seller terminal for registering a sell-targeted deposit and a suggested trading price for financial commodity subjected to be early terminated; a purchaser terminal for selecting a financial commodity targeted to be bought in the registered financial commodities and registering a desirable price; and the financial commodity transaction server for comparing the suggested trading price registered in the seller terminal to the desirable price registered in the purchaser terminal so as to provide the seller and purchaser terminals with a contract negotiation session.
