The present invention relates to a simple sequence repeat (SSR) primer separated from vetch (Vicia sativa Sub sp. nigra) and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pair of SSR primers having two base sequences selected from the group consisting of base sequences whose sequence numbers are from 1 to 98, an identification method of genetic resource and a genetic polymorphism detection method of vetch including a process of performing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by using the SSR primers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
