The present invention relates to a recombinant foot-and-mouth disease virus including plasmid in which a recombinant gene is inserted wherein among the total gene parts of foot-and-mouth disease A type of separated Korean virus (A/KOR/Pocheon/2010), the recombinant gene is made by replacing a gene coding a P1 protein which is a protective antigen of the A type separated Korean virus with a different gene coding a P1 protein which is a protective antigen of area type virus of foot-and-mouth A type derived from Middle East Asia (A/Iran/05) and a manufacturing method thereof.
