The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing lactic acid products which can be used as an inoculum solution required for manufacturing fermented soybean meal and for industrial use including agriculture, fishery, lives stock, and the likes at low cost by: using soybean meal extract generated as by-products from a process of manufacturing soy protein concentrated products, and liquid culturing lactic acid bacteria at high concentration. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method for extracting soybean meal to remove antinutrients while increasing protein content of the lactic acid products and to make the extract have optimal microbial media compositions; a method for screening the lactic acid bacteria showing rapid growth in the extract; the lactic acid bacteria showing high growth speed in the extract by being searched and selected using the method; a method for cultivating the lactic acid bacteria in the soy meal extract at high concentration; a method for performing soy bean meal solid phase fermentation using the lactic acid bacteria; and a method for manufacturing applied products using the lactic acid bacteria. The method for culturing the lactic acid bacteria using the soybean meal extract according to the present invention can: manufacture quality maximized soybean meal in relatively short time; and obtain large amount of lactic acid bacteria through a simple culturing process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
