The present invention relates to a system and a method for selling coffee based on fair trade, capable of setting coffee imported through fair trade using e-commerce in an unmanned caf manner, and providing the profits to an NGO. The system for selling coffee based on fair trade comprises an integrated management server purchasing coffee beans imported based on fair trade, processing the coffee beans to provide coffee, settling sales price, and providing profits to an NGO; a selling server selling the provided coffee to a customer through a coffee machine; and a payment server paying the coffee sales price.
