The present invention relates to an advanced treatment system of non-biodegradable organic matter and nutrient salts included in wastewater; and to an advanced wastewater treatment method using the system. The present invention relates to a technique for treating sewage and organic matter-containing wastewater which damage the natural environment as eutrophication and red tide occur in a lake where the flow of water is stagnant or on the coast due to inadequateness of a technique for removal of nutrient salts included in sewage and organic matter-containing wastewater, i.e. nitrogen and phosphorus and cause serious damage to human beings. An existing technique reaches a considerable level to remove organic matter and suspended solids included in sewage and organic wastewater, but a technique for removal of nutrient salts such as nitrogen, phosphorus, etc. is inadequate. Accordingly, an existing method incurs enormous facility costs or facility maintenance costs compared to treatment efficiency, has a greatly complicated process and hardly allows operation so a purification facility using the method is avoided. The advanced treatment system has been invented by taking the circumstances into consideration. Disclosed are an advanced treatment system of non-biodegradable organic matter and nutrient salts in wastewater using a mixed strain of bacillus species capable of greatly contributing to the field of wastewater treatment; and an advanced wastewater treatment method using the system, wherein the advanced treatment system incurs facility costs similar to costs of an existing wastewater treatment facility and also low facility maintenance costs and can be applied even when the existing wastewater treatment facility is slightly remedied. The advanced treatment system of non-biodegradable organic matter and nutrient salts in wastewater comprises a wastewater pretreatment unit (300), a first biological treatment unit (400), a second biological treatment unit (500), a sludge separation unit (600), a sludge treatment unit (700), and a filtration and disinfection unit (800).
