The present invention relates to a method for removing lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) from soil contaminated by heavy metals by using a transgenic plant. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: cultivating the transgenic plant into which polynulceotide encoding CsHMA3 protein is introduced in order to express CsHMA3 protein having an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID: 1; and harvesting the transgenic plant.
