The present invention relates to a method to efficiently help perform retrofit by effectively correcting and verifying energy performance at the beginning of business as an input variable is estimated by using Bayesian correction by comparing a simulation energy prediction amount to measured energy usage of a corresponding building according to a preset reference by using a statistical technique.
