Provided is a small donation system contributed by customers and a company for spreading donation culture. A contribution and usage fee management system includes: a charging server which charges a customer using a service provided by a company a fee by adding a first amount of money to the service usage fee, and sets a third amount of money which is the sum of the first amount of money paid by the customer additionally and a second amount of money, which is a part of the service usage fee; and a contribution management server which is delivered with data about the third amount of money from the charging server, and manages the third amount of money as contribution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
