The present invention relates to a system for evaluating a radiological emergency planning zone in a nuclear power plant using a stochastic safety analysis result, and includes a core stock information collection device collecting information on core stock that may vary when the nuclear power plant operates; a stochastic safety analysis device performing risk analysis in real time by reflecting various variations that may be made when the nuclear power plant operates; a weather data collection device collecting weather data observed at specific time intervals in the nuclear power plant; a population data collection device collecting, at specific time intervals, data related to the distribution of population within 1 km to 80 km radius of the nuclear power plant; a off-site consequence analysis device extracting, for each point, a distance that an average external whole-body dose and an average child thyroid equivalent dose reach a reference dose, based on information collected through the core stock information collection device, the stochastic safety analysis device, the weather data collection device, and the population data collection device; and an effectiveness evaluation device determining how much the radiological emergency planning zone (EPZ) evaluated according to a result of analysis by the off-site consequence analysis device exceeds the current radiological EPZ actually set, calculating an effectiveness evaluation ratio (EER) and determining effectiveness according to the calculated evaluation ratio.
