The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic hybrid particle aggregate in which a cationic organic/inorganic hybrid particle and an anionic organic/inorganic hybrid particle or an anionic polymer are aggregated by ionic interaction. The cationic organic/inorganic hybrid particle and the anionic organic/inorganic hybrid particle are mixed in the weight ratio of 95:5 to 5:95. According to the present invention, the organic/inorganic hybrid particle aggregate is safe and also has a greatly excellent UV-blocking effect so it can be greatly practically used as sunblock. In addition, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of the organic/inorganic hybrid particle aggregate; and to a cosmetic composition comprising the aggregate and a manufacturing method thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
