The present invention relates to an extract of Angelica gigas Nakai and, more specifically, an extract of Angelica gigas Nakai including decursin and decursinol angelate for preventing leukopenia and recovering white blood cells as main components. For this, in the present invention, provided is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing leukopenia and recovering white blood cells including the extract of Angelica gigas Nakai having at least 70 wt% of decursin and decursinol angelate as active ingredients.
