The present invention relates to a floating pier which supports the lower part of the upper structure of a bridge while floating on water and, the bridge including the floating pier. The floating pier is formed to allow the passing of a ship and the like by securing enough clearhead and to improve the economic efficiency of the construction at the same time by reducing the size of the fixed type pier by enabling the most of the bridge load to be applied to the buoyancy. The floating pier includes a floating body (1); a fixed column member (3); and an elastic bending support member(2) having elasticity with the shape of circular bending. The upper structures of bridge (20) are supported by the supporting power of fixed column member(3) and the floating power as the upper ending is moved to get closer to each other while elastic bending support member(2) begins to unfold as floating body(1) descends when the water level decreases. And the upper structures of bridge(20) are supported through the supporting power of floating power and the fixed column member(3) as the upper ending of elastic bending support member(2) is moved to get away from each other and the elastic bending support member(2) is changed to be bent while the floating body(1) ascends when the water level increases. Which are the characteristics of the floating pier provided and furthermore, the bridge is provided to be supported by this floating pier.
