The present invention relates to a forming method of a silica hollow body capable of capturing a heterogeneous material and synthesizing silica at the same time. The invention can achieve a stable reaction, cost reduction, and time cost savings through the method comprising the steps of: preparing a reaction solution including a silica precursor; forming a reverse micelle by putting a surfactant into the solution and mixing together; forming a W/O (Water in Oil) micelle having an acidic aqueous solution inserted into vacancies of the reverse micelle by adding the acidic aqueous solution into a solution having the reversed micelle formed therein and mixing together; and forming the silica hollow body by sol-gel reaction of the silica precursor added in the previous steps, and the acidic aqueous solution. The method of the invention can achieve a stable reaction, cost reduction, and time cost savings.
