The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Hanhyejin bean noodles and to Hanhyejin bean noodles. More specifically, the noodles are manufactured by using beans to enable all people to take nutrients of beans and to enjoy savory and blend taste unique to beans. The method includes the steps of: making dough by adding water into a raw material mixture of 100 parts by weight of bean powder, 50-100 parts by weight of wheat flour, 30-60 parts by weight of potato powder, 15-30 parts by weight of buckwheat powder, and 7-15 parts by weight of corn powder; manufacturing noodles using the dough; preparing vegetable broth materials including Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, carrots, leeks, pumpkins, onions, gingers, garlic and hot peppers; preparing sea food broth materials including Abalone, octopus, oysters, shrimp, mussels, Tapes decussatus clams, and fan-mussel; producing broth by boiling the vegetable broth materials and the sea food broth materials after putting the vegetable broth materials and the sea food broth materials in a boiled water in order; and boiling the noodles after putting the noodles in the produced broth.
