Provided is a composition for an iontophoresis procedure using kalanchoe extract. The composition according to the present invention contains ascorbic acid and kalanchoe extract, and more specifically, 20.00-62.70 wt% of ascorbic acid, 0.10-15.00 wt% of magnesium ascorbylphosphate, 5.00% wt% of arbutin, 1.10-10.00 wt% of kalanchoe extract, 5.00-40.00 wt% of niacinamide, 0.05-0.01 wt% of alpha-bisabolol, and 27.00-9.99 wt% of sodium citrate. The composition helps penetration of Kalanchoe extract, vitamin C, Arbutin, and etc. which strengthen immune system, help functions of red blood cells and generation of immune cells, have traumatherapy effect with strong antioxidants thereof, suppress synthesis of melanin which causes various pigmentary diseases, and help synthesis of collagen on dermal layer. Also, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an antioxidant which strengthens an immune system, helps functions of red blood cells and generation of immune cells, and has a traumatherapy effect with the strong antioxidants thereof and to provide an antioxidant whose antioxidant effect is relatively stable and reliable compared to existing antioxidants.
