The present invention relates to an external microfluidic chip which can replicate ischemia and reperfusion phenomena, a replicating method thereof, and a cell damage analysis system using the same. The present invention is very useful to analyze cell damage at various levels according to the ischemia and reperfusion phenomena by replicating ischemia and reperfusion phenomena under different conditions for each cell in a cell culture well.
