The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a PSC girder having a low depth and a long span using segments to effectively secure required bending rigidity with the use of a pressing apparatus. The pressing apparatus comprises: a lateral supporter; a horizontal supporter; a vertical supporter; an indentation device installed on the upper front surface of the vertical supporter; an insertion material; and a lower supporter installed on the lower front surface of the vertical supporter to come in contact with the outer end surface and the lower edge of the PSC girder.
