The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a martensitic stainless steel sheet using a twin roll sheet caster to manufacture a sheet by making the motel steel pass through a space between two casting rolls rotating in opposite directions. The method for manufacturing a martensitic stainless steel sheet using a twin roll sheet caster comprises: a step of rolling the sheet casted by the casting rolls in a first roller at a temperature of 1000 to 1200C and at a reduction ratio of 25 to 50%; and a step of rolling the sheet in a second roller at a temperature of 800 to 1000C and at a reduction ratio of 5 to 15%.
