The present invention relates to a cyber-education total information system and, more specifically, to a cyber-education total information system to realize duplication for stabilizing a cyber-education service. The cyber-education total information system comprises, to realize duplication for the cyber-education service through a network, a network security block including a first line including a first back-bone switch, a first IPS, a first firewall, and a first LAN switch and a second line including a second back-bone switch, a second IPS, a second firewall, and a second LAN switch; a service block including a first to a K web server to provide data for the cyber-education service for access through at least one of the first and the second line or a first to an M content server; an inner service block including a first to an N inner server to provide other data for the cyber-education service by connecting to the service block; an inner network security block, for security connection between the service block and the inner service block, including a third line including a third LAN switch, a third back-bone switch, and a fourth LAN switch and a fourth line including a fifth LAN switch, a fourth back-bone switch, and a sixth LAN switch; and a manager control bock to control the network security block with multiple modes for selectively activating the first and the second line and to control the inner network security block with multiple modes for selectively activating the third and the fourth line.
