The present invention relates to a method for differentiating neural crest cells from human dedifferentiated stem cells, comprising a step of a) differentiating neuroepithelium cells from human dedifferentiated stem cells; b) forming neural crest cells by treating neuroepithelium cells with the ascorbic acid; and c) only separating the neural crest cells formed by the ascorbic acid in the b)step.
