The present invention relates to a polymer film for a non-enzymatic glucose sensor and, more specifically, a polymer film, which increases selectivity for glucose by reducing the sense of the non-enzymatic glucose sensor on saccharaides except for glucose while minimizing activity of organic materials which can make troubles in a measuring process, and a glucose sensor including the same.
