The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a porcine chondrocyte derived extracellular membrane (PCDECM) as an active ingredient for preventing or treating a scar after a glaucoma filtration surgery, wherein the PCDECM inhibits fibrosis and angiogenesis of a wound portion after a glaucoma filtration surgery to prevent the formation of a scar or treat a scar, thereby solving problems of inflammation and vision loss caused by a failure of a filtration surgery, such as failures of filtration and intraocular pressure control due to a scar.
