The present invention relates to an amino acid seasoning composition, which includes L-aspartic acid and L-glutamic acid as an acidic amino acid and L-arginine and L-lysine as a basic acid wherein the amino acid seasoning composition is allowed to selectively increase salty taste of food products while reducing sodium, thereby reducing amount of salt when being added to food products, and enabling people to take less sodium.
