The present invention relates to a long-acting derivatives through fusion of antimicrobial peptide beta-defensin 3 and laulic acid, development of skin permeation type derivatives through fusion of cell permeation type peptite, and cosmetic composition containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to antimicrobial peptide beta-defensin 3 and laulic acid, new cell permeation type peptite, and cosmetic composition containing the same.
