A method for preventing the corrosion of dissimilar metal welds is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for preventing the corrosion of dissimilar metal welds includes: a step of welding dissimilar metals to each other; a step of coating a composition for forming a water repellent insulation coating on the weld formed by the welding step; and a step of forming a water repellent insulation coating by thermally treating the composition for forming a water repellent insulation coating.
