A method of controlling an output voltage includes a first comparison part and a second comparison part and an output voltage generation part. The first comparison part compares an input voltage and a reference voltage which are supplied from the outside and outputs a first comparison signal. The second comparison part compares an input voltage and a first low limit voltage or compares an input voltage and a first high limit voltage when the input voltage is the reference voltage or more according to the first comparison signal, compares elapsed time and reference time and outputs a second comparison signal when the input voltage is the first low limit voltage or less or the first limit voltage or more. The output voltage generation part activates an output voltage when the input voltage is the reference voltage or more according to the first comparison signal and deactivates the output voltage when the elapsed time is the reference time according to the second comparison signal.
