The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the degree of the risk of a developmental toxicant, which includes includes a step of inducing the differentiation of embryonic stem cells to embryonic bodies. The present invention can relatively shorten the culture time of the embryonic stem cells needed to determine the risk of a developmental toxicant to consume shorter culture time and determines the risk of the regarding the developmental toxicant by observing the size of the embryonic bodies with naked eyes through a microscope to make the evaluation process simpler and economical.
