An organic light emitting diode is provided. The organic light emitting diode has an anode and a cathode. A light emitting layer having a first sub light emitting layer and a second sub light emitting layer is arranged between the anode and the cathode. The first sub light emitting layer has a first host and a first dopant, and the second sub light emitting layer has a second host and a second dopant. The first dopant and the second host are the same material.
