A method for driving a command cache which includes multiple lines and outputs commands in the line units, includes the steps of: outputting a first command group stored in a first line among the lines; and outputting a second command group stored in a part of a third line adjacent to a second line and a target command or a part of the second line storing the target command corresponding to a branch command when the first command group includes the branch command. The first command group includes continuous first commands. The second command group includes continuous second commands starting from the target command. The size of the second command group corresponds to the size of one of the lines.
