The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly method neutralizing a harmful component generated from the inside of a building and operated to change a quality of an indoor air and an architectural wall construction structure for generating an electrolyte component applied to the same. The present invention comprises the processes of: putting 20-60 wt% of soil and 1-10 wt% of a wooden ground substance composed of a vegetable material and 10-25 wt% of sea water into 100 wt% of a salt weight to be mixed to produce a salt mixture and putting the salt mixture to a mold to form architectural construction structures (1000, 2000); forming the architectural construction structures (1000, 2000); and installing a plurality of architectural construction structure mounting boards (1002) on an architectural wall (3000).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
