The present invention relates to a biological rhythm management system. It includes a motion detection sensor which detects the motion of an object, an illuminance sensor which detects the light exposure information of the object, a temperature sensor which detects a change in the body temperature of a testee, and a processing part which calculates the amount of activity from the movement of the detected testee, generates activity information and sleeping information by tracing a change in the calculated activity, and deriving the sleeping stat of the testee, and detecting a change in the circadian biological rhythm of the testee by comparing the circadian biological rhythm of the normal state of the testee and the circadian biological rhythm derived from the generated activity information, sleeping information, and light exposure information. Thereby, the present invention determines the abnormality of the testee by detecting the change of circadian biological rhythm and can share the information.
