The present invention relates to a method for identifying citrus varieties using a microsatellite primer set and, more specifically, to a method for identifying citrus varieties using a microsatellite primer set for identifying citrus varieties with respect to 77 varieties of citrus having polymorphism. A primer set according to the present invention which uses as a microsatellite marker for identifying citrus varieties can greatly contribute to various fields such as determining the truth of citrus varieties, arbitrating seed conflict between a farm and a company and a company and a company and selecting comparable varieties of application for protection of new varieties of plants or the like.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
