The present invention is to disclose a computer-readable medium for providing a healthcare insurance service. Such a computer-readable medium can store commands for causing a computer to perform the following operations. The operations include: an operation of receiving identification information and exercise history information of a user; an operation of setting a condition that is the foundation for determining an insurance reward on the basis of the identification information; an operation of determining whether the set condition is satisfied on the basis of the exercise history information; and an operation of determining, when it is determined that the set condition is satisfied, an insurance reward to be provided to a user.
