Disclosed is a collision load control system for a gas and a fluid linked with internal and external force under specific environment which can detect collision load including sloshing, slamming and ice collision as to the gas and the fluid with internal and external force under the specific environment and at the same time can attenuate the collision load thereof. The collision load control system of the present invention comprises: a floating unit (300) which is arranged horizontally in a fixed amount of a fluid (200) existing in an open space or in a shielded space; a position adjustment unit (400) which is connected to the floating unit (300) vertically, and is arranged at a position which is set in the fluid in advance; a sensing unit (500) which is installed at one of the inside of the fluid (200), the floating unit (300), the position adjustment unit (400) or a structure located in the periphery selectively, and senses physical change as to at least one measurement target which is established in advance; and a control unit (600) which monitors and controls fluid dynamics environment internal/external force, hull stress, 6 degrees of freedom motion and position predictably as to the floating unit (300) and the position adjustment unit (400), a marine structure or a transportation unit (100) where the sensing unit (500) is installed, using the physical change as to the measurement target transmitted from the sensing unit (500).
