The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition including a Hylocereus undatus (Haw.) britt. and rose extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition which removes harmful active oxygen in the skin and protects skin cells by including a Hylocereus undatus (Haw.) britt. and rose extract as an active ingredient in a cosmetic base, and keeps the skin elastic and bright with superior antioxidative, anti-aging, and wrinkle-reducing effects. The Hylocereus undatus (Haw.) britt. and rose extract of the present invention has a superior antioxidative effect by removing harmful active oxygen in the skin and protecting the skin against substances causing cell damage, and a superior anti-aging effect by reducing wrinkles through an effect of promoting proliferation of skin cells and enhancing biosynthesis of collagen.
