The present invention relates to a device for annealing electrical steel sheet coil at high temperature. The device in which the electrical steel sheet anneals the wound coil at high temperature comprises a support unit to support the coil; a perforated plate installed between the coil and the support unit and on which MgO, an annealing separation agent, is placed; and an inner cover to cover the support unit and the perforated plate. Inner holes are formed at regular intervals in the inner diameter of the perforated plate. Outer holes extended in a radial direction are formed in the outer diameter.
