COMPOSITE FOR SUPERCAPACITOR ELECTRODE WITH LOW INITIAL RESISTANCE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUPERCAPACITOR ELECTRODE USING THE COMPOSITE AND SUPERCAPACITOR USING THE SUPERCAPACITOR ELECTRODE MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
The present invention relates to: a composite for super capacitor electrode which includes: porous activated carbon powder which is an electrode active material, 0.1-20 parts by weight of a conductive material about 100 parts by weight of the porous activated carbon powder, 1-20 parts by weight of a binder including fluorine about 100 parts by weight of the porous activated carbon powder, 0.01-10 parts by weight of a polymer which has methyl methacrylate as a monomer about 100 parts by weight of the porous activated carbon powder, and 100-300 parts by weight of a dispersion medium about 100 parts by weight of the porous activated carbon powder; a method to manufacture a super capacitor electrode using the same; and a super capacitor which uses the super capacitor electrode manufactured by the manufacturing method. The present invention is able to: reduce molding time by an excellent mold ability; increase durability, the density of an electrode, and the flexibility of the electrode; lower the initial resistance and impedance of the electrode; and have characteristics of a high capacity by a high energy density.
