The purpose of the present invention is to effectively combine biopathways that are expressed in different languages as biopathways are constructed separately and independently using various biopathway description languages such as KGML, SBML, BIOPAX, etc. by various biopathway-related institutions. For the purpose, the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a biopathway (S90); converting the biopathway into a first language (S91); separating the biopathway (S92); standardizing the node or relation of the biopathway in a standard term, storing the biopathway by using the node or the relation and extracting attribute information relating to the node or the relation (S93); searching the biopathway (S94); and combining a plurality of biopathways (S95).
