The present invention relates to a control circuit of an emergency entrance door of an unmanned electro-motive car and an unmanned electro-motive car thereof and, more specifically, to a control circuit and an unmanned electro-motive car having the control circuit, which may forcefully open the emergency entrance door installed in the nose of the unmanned electro-motive car when an emergency situation occurs. The control circuit of the emergency entrance door of the unmanned electro-motive car according to the present invention comprises: the emergency entrance door installed in the unmanned electro-motive car; an emergency entrance door locking device maintaining or releasing a locking state of the emergency entrance door; an emergency entrance door cover limit switch connected to a front end of the emergency entrance door to supply or cut off electric power; an emergency entrance door cover protecting the emergency entrance door cover limit switch; and an on-board signal controller monitoring whether the emergency entrance door cover is removed and outputs a signal for maintaining closeness of the emergency entrance door to determine whether the emergency entrance door is opened, wherein the emergency entrance door locking device releases the locking state to manually open the emergency entrance door only under a condition of eliminating the electric power and eliminating the signal for maintaining closeness of the emergency entrance door.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
