The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional electrical resistivity exploration system capable of accurately exploring a collapse section by using an electrical resistivity method, and a method to explore a collapse section of a tunnel using the same. Moreover, the 3-dimensional electrical resistivity exploration system comprises: a plurality of earth holes punched from an inner wall of a tunnel to an upper side; a plurality of electrode parts inserted into the end of the earth holes; and a controlling part to apply control current to the electrode part, and to receive the potential difference observed in each of the electrode parts. The end of a plurality of electrode parts is arranged under the ground in the upper side of the tunnel, thereby a grid shaped virtual end surface is formed. Therefore, the 3-dimensional electrical resistivity exploration system is capable of quickly and accurately exploring a dimensional collapse section.
