A power plant with selective catalytic reduction system and control method of selective catalytic reduction system are provided by comprising: an engine which discharges exhaust containing nitrogen oxide; a reactor including a catalyst into which the exhaust flows and where nitrogen oxide is reduced; a concentration sensor which detects the concentration of nitrogen oxide in the exhaust; a reducer supply unit which supplies a reducer to the exhaust flowing into the reactor; and a control unit which controls the quantity of reducer sprayed by the reducer supply unit by receiving the information signal of the engines load and the concentration sensor.
