The present invention relates to a tuberculosis diagnosing method using a nano-biosensor, and more specifically, to the nano-biosensor which comprises a gold nano-probe and a magnetic micro-probe combined with an antibody against a mycobacterium tuberculosis specific antigen, and a method for detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis using the same.
