The present invention relates to a leaf-casting device for restoring a documentary and a cultural asset, and more specifically, to a leaf-casting device which provides a same kind of fiber to an object of a partially damaged paper material and restores the damaged portion. To this end, provided is the leaf-casting device for restoring the documentary and the cultural asset, comprising: a main body (10) which includes a space in inner side; an operating water tank (20) which is formed on an upper portion of the main body (10) and contains water for working and a target object for restoring; a drain motor (30) which is equipped in the main body (10) and sucks the water for working which is contained in the operating water tank (20); a water tank (40) which is equipped in the main body (10) and stores the water for working which is collected from the drain motor (30); and a rectangular frame-shaped restoring frame (50) which is disposed on an upper end of the working water tank (20) and controls a working space depending on a size of the target object for restoring.
