The present invention relates to a preparation method of heat transfer layer for an energy recovery total heat exchanging element. More specifically, the preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a nonwoven fabric by using polyester (PET) short cut fiber or polyolefin-based short cut fiber which are called a synthetic fiber; impregnating an impregnating composition including a material having moisture absorption and permeability and a binder into the prepared nonwoven fabric and preparing an impregnation-processed nonwoven fabric; and preparing a porous film having high absorption and permeability by using a rotation roller which applies a pressure to the impregnation-processed nonwoven fabric at high temperatures.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
