The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing an enantiomerically pure unnatural amino acid from? -Keto acid using ω-TA catalysis using isopropylamine or the like as an amino donor. According to the present invention, an expensive amino donor is not used By using an inexpensive amino donor such as isopropylamine, non-natural amino acid can be asymmetrically synthesized from the corresponding keto acid with excellent process efficiency by omega transaminase. In addition, the amino acid can be synthesized with a good conversion rate without using an additional enzyme introduction step, which is conventionally used to transfer an unbalanced equilibrium on the basis of alpha-transaminase, or to prevent by-product accumulation. In addition, a variety of unnatural amino acids can be synthesized using an omega-TA mutant capable of accommodating an a-keto acid having a bulky substituent.
