The present invention relates to a parking lot integration solution to which CPTED is applied and, more specifically, to a crime prevention lighting apparatus using a partition wall mold bar, and a method and a system for a parking lot integration solution to which CPTED is applied and using the same. Provided is the crime prevention lighting apparatus using a partition wall mold bar comprising: a partition wall mold bar (20) fixed through a fixing stand to a ceiling, and including a partition wall (21) vertically formed in the center, a first accommodating part (22) and a second accommodating part (23) formed in both sides of the partition wall (21); and a crime prevention lighting apparatus (10) including a lighting part (11) formed in the center of a main body, a sound and dimming part (12) formed in one side of the lighting part (11), and a power supply part (13) formed in the other side of the lighting part (11), and wherein a communications control cable is accommodated in the first accommodating part (22) of the partition wall mold bar (20) and a system power cable is accommodated in the second accommodating part (23).
